Welcome to Grow Positive Therapy, where healing and growth are nurtured by a dedicated mother-daughter clinical team. Dr. Lorraine has maintained a private practice for over 20 years, and in 2023, Molly Kildow Church, LSW,  joined, leading to the expansion into Grow Positive Therapy.


At Grow Positive Therapy, we are driven by a deep passion for mental well-being because we understand its profound impact on leading a joyful and fulfilling life. We believe in transformation—moving beyond merely getting through the day to thriving in every moment.

Meet Our Therapists

Dr. Lorraine Gahles-Kildow

Dr. Lorraine, Founder and Director of Grow Positive Therapy, brings over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychologist to her practice. She holds a PhD in Psychology, along with Masters of Philosophy and Arts degrees, reflecting her strong academic foundation. Dr. Lorraine's therapeutic approach merges Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Positive Psychology, focusing on empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience and optimism. With specialties in Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Grief and Loss, Anxiety, and more, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where clients can achieve meaningful personal growth. Dr. Lorraine's warm demeanor and deep commitment to mental health make her a trusted ally on the journey to well-being.

 

 

Molly Kildow Church

Molly is an Associate Therapist at Grow Positive Therapy. She holds a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) designation and earned her Master of Social Work from Binghamton University (SUNY). With over five years in the human services field and certification as a Yoga Instructor, Molly integrates traditional therapy methods with breath work and movement techniques in her practice. She offers specialized support in Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Perinatal phases of life, Anxiety in Children and Teens, and treatment of Eating Disorders. She is deeply passionate about mental health treatment and empowering individuals through personalized care.
