Support Groups

Group Therapy

During these therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. Using psychoeducation, CBT skills, positive psychology interventions and group support members will learn valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.

Teen study group

Release, Relax, Receive Emotional Support and Skill Building Group

This group is designed to help you identify and define emotions, practice meditation, and learn new positive psychology skills that help promote an overall well-being. Come join us!
