We are currently offering virtual appointments through secure telehealth. Therapy services are available to clients located in New Jersey at the time of their appointment.

Fees:
The first diagnostic intake session is $250 for a 60-75 minute session.

Dr. Lorraine Gahles-Kildow 
Individual psychotherapy services for a 45 minute session is $200.00. It may be reimbursable through Out of Network coverage.

Molly Church LSW
Individual psychotherapy services for a 45 minute session is $150.00. It may be reimbursable through Out of Network coverage.

Group Therapy fees per session are $60.00 per member

Learning & Wellness Classes: Generally the fees are $200.00 for a full 5-6 week program. However, fees may vary by program and will be listed with each offering. These groups are educational, skill-building experiences and are not psychotherapy.

Insurance
Grow Positive Therapy is an out-of-network practice for all commercial insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a same day bill or a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending upon what choices you have made for deductibles and % reimbursed after your deductible has been met. Coverage is not guaranteed so we encourage you to verify your benefits directly with your insurer provider.

Sliding Scale 

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need and clinician availability. Please ask us about this when you contact us.
